Besties Snow Session…

Hey y’all!

It snowed. At long last. And it’s amazing to know how to capture it so much better than I did last year.

A friend was over at our house so I thought it would be nice if I did a snowy session with her and my sister, who are best friends. It turned out really cute, in my mind. So I’m excited to share some favorites.

Here we go…

Best Friends…

I’ll just tell you right now, this session very possibly contains some of my favorite images ever. I just love the colors, and the light– courtesy of the snow.

I forgot how much I love snow. I hope that when I do photography as a business, my winter sessions are packed. I want snow pictures like this so much!

Ahhh I love this one so much for some reason!!!! ⬆️

Just E…

Then I took some photos with just E, the girl in the red lipstick.

Which picture is your favorite?

Have you tried taking pictures of people in the snow?

Do you like what I’ve been posting {more portraits} or would you like to see more nature?

Or do you want me to post both like I used to?

  1. Oh, these are BEAUTIFUL, Emmaline! ♥ I love them – and eek, I don’t think I can pick a favorite this time. XD Also I love both nature and portrait photography, but I think I like when you post mostly portrait with a bit of nature best? I don’t know, though, I just like it all. 😛

  3. Gorgeous!! The lighting IS very nice! Maybe it’s something to do with winter… I did that wedding on Saturday!! And though it was supposed to rain (like 90%, ha) the weather did cooperate enough to get some outside pictures. And the lighting was great! The wedding went well, and I’m really glad! Wan’t as bad as I thought. *winks* But it was pretty low-key, which is nice for a first wedding. ^___^

      1. Thanks! ^___^ I did make more than one blunder, unfortunately (but who’s perfect? ;P) but I think overall it was good. 🙂 Great experience to have!
